The research and competence areas of CAMT-FPC are in the development trends in technology, manufacturing systems, and information systems. A wide range of realized researches and implementations of the projects ensures continuous technological development and increases the R&D potential of the Centrum. Primary areas of development are additive manufacturing, laser, and material technologies. The location of the research center is in Wroclaw on the campus of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

He has more than seven years of experience with powder bed metal technologies (SLM/DMLS, EBM). Mr. Pawlak is responsible for experiments plan, material analysis, device operating (ReaLizer, Arcam) and investigation of results. Mainly involved in the design and development of manufacturing technology for processing titanium scaffolds and geometries filled by them. Nowadays, he is interested in developing and solving technical problems related to the processing of lightweight alloys (Mg, Al) in SLM/DMLS technology.
