Where will the AMM 2025 conference be held?
The AMM 2025 conference will be held in Wroclaw at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in the H-14 building, located by the picturesque Boulevard at 40 Stanisława Wyspiańskiego Street. More information about the event venue can be found in the sectionvenue.
When will the AMM 2025 conference be held?
The AMM 2025 conference will be held on June 4-5, 2025.
How can I reach the event venue?
You can get to the event venue via:

public transport – buses (lines 115, 145, 146, 149, 715), trams (lines 1, 2, 4, 10) getting off at the bus/tram stop Kliniki (Politechnika Wrocławska) or Most Grunwaldzki

wby your own transport. In the vicinity of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology there are numerous university and municipal car parks (note that the latter may require a fee), and you can also use the car park located in the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping mall for a fee.
What is the official language of the event?
The official language of this year’s edition of AMM is English and Polish.

How to become a speaker at Additive Manufacturing Meeting 2025?
At the AMM 2025 conference, you can present a lecture or a poster. To do this, you must register in the “Speaker registration” tab by March 15, 2025 and send an abstract of your proposed presentation. After the Scientific Committee evaluates the applications, the topics will be assigned to plenary or poster sessions. Decisions will be passed to the authors of the abstracts at the beginning of April 2025.
Is there a possibility of publishing the presented research and presentations?
As part of the summary of the AMM 2025 conference, a collection of abstracts will be published in electronic form.
Will I receive a notification that my application as a speaker/ participant has been accepted?
Yes. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.

Is it possible to cancel your presentation?
Only in exceptional situations, at least one month before the event.
What is included in the participant package?
The participant package/conference fee includes participation in the conference, lunch and coffee breaks (2 days), participation in a networking event (evening of June 4), conference participant badge, conference program (in electronic form) and promotional materials of event partners.
Is it possible to cancel the conference participation and receive a refund of participation costs?
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.
Will I receive an invoice for my conference registration?
Yes. After providing your company details, an invoice will be issued, with a 0% tax rate.
