We cordially invite all experts from the additive manufacturing industry, engineers, scientists, as well as students, PhD students and young researchers to participate in the International Additive Manufacturing Users’ Conference AMM 2025.

If you want to present the results of your work in the form of a lecture or poster, prepare and submit an abstract on 1 page (downloadable template). Based on the evaluation of the abstracts by the Scientific Committee, the authors will be invited to present their research during a lecture or poster session.

Poster Session

On the first day of the conference, June 4, 2025, a Poster Session will be held, dedicated to young researchers – students, PhD candidates, and scientists under the age of 35. Posters should be prepared in A0 format (portrait orientation).
As part of the session, the contest for The Best Poster presentation will take place. Submitted posters will be evaluated by a jury based on e.g. their scientific content, clarity of presentation, and visual appeal.
Three winners, selected by the jury, will receive prizes, each worth approximately 500 euros.

Lectures

Oral presentations will last 20 minutes, including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. 

Important information

The official language of the conference will be English. After the Scientific Committee evaluates the applications, the topics will be assigned to plenary or poster sessions. Decisions will be communicated to the authors of the abstracts at the end of March 2025.

Participation fees, depending on the registration date, are as follows:

• Early registration fee – January 13, 2025 – March 31, 2025 – 1200 PLN / 290 EUR
• Standard registration fee – May 1, 2025 – until the places are filled – 1500 PLN / 350 EUR

Registration on the day of the conference is not possible.
