His research interests focus on issues related to research and modification of the properties of materials produced using metal AM technology. His interest in research is related with shaping the material properties of elements produced using electron beam melting technology (EBM) and the surface modification of materials using laser technology. Also, as a part of professional work, Karol specializes in programming CNC machines.<br />
As part of the AMM 2019, he is responsible for information and technical support related to the AMM website. He will help you to solve problems associated with malfunction or registration difficulties. In case of technical issues with the AMM portal, please contact Karol.</h5>

Mr. Pawlak is responsible for experiments plan, material analysis, device operating (ReaLizer, Arcam) and investigation of results. Mainly involved in the design and development of manufacturing technology for processing titanium scaffolds and geometries filled by them. Nowadays, he is interested in developing and solving technical problems related to the processing of lightweight alloys (Mg, Al) in SLM/DMLS technology.</h5>

			<h5 style="text-align: justify;">Her current research interests are related to medical applications of AM technologies (SLM/DMLS, EBM, FDM, 3DP) and includes the design and manufacturing of advanced biomedical objects, such as biomechanical functional structures (BFS) for tissue regeneration, custom-made implants and smart drugs delivery systems for a wide spectrum of materials dedicated to the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Research interests concern also in materials research, non-destructive testing and functional analysis of AM structures. Dr. Szymczyk is participating in numerous R&amp;D projects, co-author of scientific publications in the field of additive manufacturing technologies, microbiological and materials research.</h5>

Chlebus is located in the following areas: Design, CAx techniques &#8211; design methodology, with particular emphasis on computer assisted techniques (the habilitation thesis). The developed methodology and computer programs have found particular application in the design of the machine tool carriers.</h5>
